On 09/29/2025 at 1:37 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male, Joseph Lamonica of Rockaway, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Rockaway, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Rockaway Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Lamonica for transport back to their agency.
On 09/29/2025 at 5:27 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old male, Michael Romero of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Romero was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 09/30/2025 at 6:55 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 25-year-old male, Garid Gutierrez-Arias of Manhattan, NY along with a 28-year-old male, Nelson Chirinos-Ledezma of Manhattan, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Both Mr. Gutierrez-Arias and Mr. Chirinos-Ledezma were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On 10/01/2025 at 2:11 AM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old male, Troy Henry of Logan, PA for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for possessing a stolen license plate. Henry was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Henry was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Henry was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 10/01/2025 at 8:42 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male, Brandon Richardson of Carteret, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union Beach, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Richardson was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On 10/01/2025 at 11:09 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old female, Ninoshka Vargas-Davila of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Vargas-Davila was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 10/01/2025 at 5:37 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Jonathan Perez Bautista of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Perez-Bautista was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. Officers from the Woodbridge Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Perez Bautista for transport back to their authority.
On 10/01/2025 at 9:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue after receiving information that an employee at UPS had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During the investigation, the police arrested a 45-year-old male, Avery Brunson of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Newark Police Department with no bail. Officers from the Newark Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take into custody Mr. Brunson for transport back to their agency.
On 10/02/2025 at 11:19 AM, Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old male, Antonio Gonzalez of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Gonzalez was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Gonzalez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 10/02/2025 at 11:24 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the 300 block of Centre Avenue on a report of an individual who had believed that he was being stalked by another individual. During the investigation, on 10/03/2025 at 2:03 AM the police conducted a motor vehicle stop of the vehicle involved in the area of 595 County Avenue. The police subsequently arrested a 68-year-old male, Robert Foglia of Woodland Park, NJ for Stalking [2C:12-10B] and Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Foglia was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody after the police determined he was no longer under the influence.
On 10/03/2025 at 2:53 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Speedway Gas Station located at 400 Route 3 West on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46-year-old female, Mary Wesby of Virginia Beach, VA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Trenton, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Wesby was released on her own recognizance in relation to both outstanding warrants, pending future court dates and she was subsequently released from police custody.
On 10/03/2025 at 4:17 PM, Officers from the NJ Transit Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 42-year-old male, Walter Castro of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00. Castro was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 10/03/2025 at 10:57 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male, Steven Rodriguez Reyes of Jersey City, NJ for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle [2C:20-10.2A]. Rodriguez Reyes was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 10/04/2025 at 11:31 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the 300 block of Centre Avenue on a report of an individual stalking a residence. During the investigation, a motor vehicle stop of the vehicle involved was conducted on the Meadowlands Parkway ramp to Route 3 West. During the investigation, the police arrested a 68-year-old male, Robert Foglia of Woodland Park, NJ for Stalking [2C:12-10D]. Foglia was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
