1. On October 7th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police
Department’s Patrol Division arrested 27-year-old Rodolfo R. Bajxac-Velasco of North
Bergen, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Bajxac-Velasco was then
transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the
completion of his arrest processing, he was issued numerous summonses for traffic
violations and then released to the care of staff from the Palisades Medical Center.
2. On October 11th, 2025, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol
Division responded to a call of a theft on Jackson Street. During their on-scene
investigation, officers arrested 20-year-old Darlin S. Rivera-Carcamo of West New
York, NJ, for theft [2C:20-3A]. Ms. Rivera-Carcamo was then transported to the
Guttenberg Police Department for her arrest processing. Upon the completion of her
arrest processing, she was issued her complaint summons and then released from
police custody.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
