On 10/15/2025 at 12:20 PM, Officers from the New Jersey State Police responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 44-year-old female, Tanisha Miller-Campbell of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Miller-Campbell was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.
On 10/16/2025 at 3:46 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Elizabeth Police Department to take into custody a 24-year-old male, Alinson Abad of Roselle, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Abad was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.
On 10/16/2025, in an effort to reduce vice related crimes in the Town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit arrested the following individuals; at 5:18 PM, the police arrested a 43-year-old female, Sandra Castrillon-Jimenez of North Bergen, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Castrillon-Jimenez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 7:29 PM, the police arrested a 23-year-old female, Karen Arroyave-Jimenez of Passaic, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)], Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Possession of CDS believed to be Tusi [2C:35-10A(1)]. Ms. Arroyave-Jimenez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 7:36 PM, the police arrested a 26-year-old female, Yeyman DelaRosa-Guerrero of Las Vegas, NV for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)], Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)]. Ms. DelaRosa-Guerrero was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 9:13 PM, the police arrested a 57-year-old female, Hong Wang of Flushing, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. The police also arrested a 56-year-old male, Michael Chen of Jamaica, NY for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Both Ms. Wang and Mr. Chen were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On 10/16/2025 at 8:46 PM, while on patrol in the area of 100 Park Plaza Drive, the police were approached by individuals involved in a road rage incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34-year-old male, Daniel Laviola of Moonachie, NJ for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, specifically Pepper Spray [2C:39-5D] and Certain Persons not to Possess a Weapon [2C:39-7A]. Laviola was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 10/17/2025 at 12:12 AM, an individual entered Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road for the purpose of retrieving a vehicle release for an impounded motor vehicle. During this process, the individual presented a fraudulent proof of insurance for the motor vehicle. The police subsequently arrested a 21-year-old male, Andrew Cedeno of Union City, NJ for Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3A]. Cedeno was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 10/17/2025 at 5:03 AM, Officers from the Union City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 41-year-old male, Oscar Alvarez-Contreras of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Alvarez-Contreras was able to post bail for both involved warrants and was subsequently released from police custody.
On 10/17/2025 at 8:01 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old male, Luis Castillo-Frias of Vauxhall, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $850.00. Castillo-Frias was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 10/17/2025 at 9:51 PM, Officers from the North Bergen Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 41-year-old male, Luis Chapotin of Rochester, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10 % option. Chapotin was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 10/18/2025 at 7:54 AM, Officers from the Clifton Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and transferred custody of a 27-year-old male, Kevin Santos of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Santos was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 10/18/2025 at 12:22 PM, an individual entered Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road for the purpose of retrieving a vehicle release for an impounded motor vehicle. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
