1. On October 15th, 2025, the Guttenberg Police Department was notified by the
Pemberton Police Department that they had a female in their custody, with an active
warrant issued by the Guttenberg Municipal Court. Members of the Guttenberg
Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to Pemberton PD, where they arrested
41-year-old Jennifer Guerrero-Guzman of Pemberton, NJ. Ms. Guerrero-Guzman was
then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for her arrest processing.
Upon the completion of her arrest processing, she was issued her complaint warrant
and then lodged in the Hudson County Correctional Center.
2. On October 16th, 2025, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol
Division located a male, known to have numerous active warrants for his arrest.
During their on-scene investigation, officers arrested 43-year-old Olinsser Vera of
North Bergen, NJ, for active warrants issued by the Guttenberg, West New York,
Union Township, Middle Township, Summit City, Union City, and North Bergen
Municipal Courts. Mr. Vera also had a warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s
Office. Mr. Vera was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his
arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Vera was
transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
