In honor of Veterans Day this coming Tuesday, November 11, I would like to quote General Douglas MacArthur as we reflect on the sacrifices of our Veterans and thank them for the freedoms we enjoy: “The soldier above all others prays for peace, for it is the soldier who must suffer and bear the deepest wounds and scars of war.”
With that thought in mind, please enjoy your weekend,
Mayor Mark Zinna
