1. On Oct. 3, 2025, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Police Officers Alexander Miller and Valentino Salgado, responded to the intersection of Bloomfield and Fifth Streets, on reports of an individual masturbating in his vehicle, in plain sight of passersby. They located the vehicle and asked the driver, later identified as 40-year-old Albarado Reynoso-Molina of West New York, to step out of the vehicle. Police Officer Jairo De La Cruz arrived to assist. An on-scene investigation confirmed the allegations, and Reynoso-Molina was charged with lewdness. He was issued a summons and released on the scene.

2. On Oct. 3, 2025, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Police Officer Alexander Miller responded to the 500 block of Adams Street on reports that a car was driving the wrong way down a one-way street. Upon arrival, Officer Miller found the vehicle parked in the intersection of Adams and Fifth Streets, facing the wrong direction. The driver, later identified as 27-year-old Alan Diaz of Morristown, was standing next to the car, with the driver's door open. He was resistant to answering the officers' questions and almost fell over while walking. His speech was slow and slurred. Police Officer Brian Kim arrived on the scene to assist. Diaz was unable to locate his driver's license. He refused to take a standardized field sobriety test. Due to the circumstances, Diaz was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing and issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. As per John’s Law, Diaz was released into custody of a responsible party.

3. On Oct. 5, 2025, at approximately 1:20 a.m., Police Officers David Chicara and Anish Bhisey responded to the 50 block of Hudson Street, on reports of a large fight. Sgt. Michael Losurdo, Sgt. Daniel Grossi, and Police Officers Geovanni Cruzado, Ahmed Makshat, Nicholas Losurdo, and Zackary Guido also responded. Officers located a person who fit the description of an individual seen punching another man, injuring him. It was confirmed that the individual, later identified as 22-year-old Christopher Kirby of Westfield, was the actor. He was placed under arrest for aggravated assault and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters without incident. He was processed and released on a summons.

4. On Oct. 5, 2025, at approximately 6:05 a.m., Sgt. Daniel Grossi observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way down Hudson Street at a high rate of speed. He stopped the vehicle, and observed the driver, later identified as 25-year-old Olayinka Ilelaboye of Avenel, to have glassy eyes, and observed the odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath. Police Officer Zackary Guido arrived to perform a field sobriety test, after which Ilelaboye was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters. She was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and driving the wrong way down a one-way street. As per John’s Law, she was released into the custody of a responsible party.

5. On Oct. 6, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Police Officers Thomas Graziano, Michael Miranda, and Adrian Comayagua responded to the 100 block of Bloomfield Street on reports of a group congregating with open containers of alcohol in public. Police Officers Montalvo and Huggins were also on scene. While issuing a summons for an open container to an individual later identified as 31-year-old Angel Vasquez of Hoboken, officers observed a glass cylindrical pipe with burnt ends, in his bag. Vasquez was placed under arrest and a search incident to arrest located a second glass cylindrical pipe. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a summons for an open container. He was transported to an area hospital and released from police custody.

6. On Oct. 6, 2025, at approximately 6:20 p.m., Police Officers Rose Kanan and Matthew Bonano responded to the area of Fourth Street and Clinton Street for a report of a man who had left Hoboken University Medical Center without being discharged. They located the man, later identified as 30-year-old Dominick Carlucci of Hoboken, on the 800 block of Jefferson Street. Police Officers Dylan Archilla and Alyssa Rivera also responded to that location. Carlucci gave officers a fake name when asked and threatened to pull a fire alarm. Despite being advised not to pull the alarm, he did and was arrested. He was transported to an area hospital, charged with creating a false public alarm, and ultimately released from custody on a summons.

7. On Oct. 6, 2025, at approximately 11:50 p.m., Jersey City Police Officers transported an individual, identified as 40-year-old Angel Rivera of Brooklyn, to Hoboken Police Headquarters. He was wanted on a warrant out of Hoboken for defiant trespassing. Police Officers Christopher Soto and De La Cruz took custody of Rivera, processed him, and ultimately transported him to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

8. On Oct. 7, 2025, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Police Officers Brandon Cappelluti and Carmen Benitez were on patrol in the area of 14th Street and Maxwell Lane when they observed a woman standing in the street yelling. When they began to approach her, she walked away. They caught up with her a short distance away. Sgt. Daniel Grossi arrived on the scene to assist. The woman, identified as 52-year-old Ann Marie Viehweger of Hoboken, appeared to be incoherent. Hoboken EMS was called to assist, but when they arrived, Viehweger became irate and started yelling. It was discovered she had two outstanding warrants out of Hoboken for trespassing and simple assault. She was transported to an area hospital for evaluation and ultimately taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

9. On Oct. 7, 2025, at approximately 6 p.m., Police Officers Dylan Archilla and Jessica Arebalo responded to the Hoboken waterfront, on reports of a naked man in the water. Det. Jason Montalvo also responded. They located the man and identified him as 48-year-old Jose Avila of Hoboken. Sgt. Roary Miller, Sgt. Harold Milne, and Sgt. Dennis Figueroa responded with multiple officers, as well as the Hoboken Fire Department. Avila was pulled out of the water and transported to an area hospital. It was discovered that he had two outstanding warrants and was issued a summons for disorderly conduct before being released into the custody of the hospital.

10. On Oct. 7, 2025., at approximately 8:30 p.m., Police Officer Matthew Bonanno was in the area of Ninth and Adams Street, when he observed a vehicle with a light bar and sheriff decals on it. The car was pulled over, and the driver, later identified as 26-year-old Quneil Pate of Irvington, refused to provide the officer with his identification. Sgt. Roary Miller arrived on the scene to assist. It was discovered that Pate had been told prior to this date to remove the decals and overhead emergency lights if he wanted to continue operating the vehicle. Pate refused to step out of the car, and when he was told he was being placed under arrest, he tried to drive away. Officers stopped him and he was arrested. Pate was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing on charges of resisting arrest, obstruction, and impersonating a police officer. He was issued two summonses for improper use of emergency lights and headlights. He was released with copies of his summons complaints.

11. On Oct. 8, 2025, at approximately 12:20 a.m., Police Officer David Smentkowski was on patrol near the intersection of Willow and Newark Avenues, when he observed a vehicle parked with a man standing outside of it. A random check of the license plate revealed the owner had an outstanding warrant. The driver got back into the car and went through a stop sign without coming to a complete stop and failing to use his directional signal. The car was pulled over on the 500 block of Observer Highway. The driver was identified as 42-year-old Antonio Lugo of Jersey City, and the warrant from Hudson County was confirmed. Lugo was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing the warrant. He was also issued a summons for disregarding a traffic control device. He was transported to the Hudson County Correction Facility.

12. On Oct. 8, 2025, at approximately 10 a.m., Police Officer Harry Montalvo responded to Hoboken Police Headquarters to process 23-year-old Julio Sanchez of Linden on charges of aggravated assault. The charges were in connection to a fight on the 50 block of Newark Street, on Sept. 7, 2025, where Sanchez was determined to be one of the actors. After being processed on the charges, Sanchez was released from custody with a court date.

13. On Oct. 8, 2025, at approximately 10 a.m., Police Officer Arturo Gonzalez was on patrol at Church Square Park, when he observed a man, he could identify as 30-year-old Darell Jordan of Hoboken walking with his pants positioned in a manner that partially exposed his buttocks and genital area. He was advised to pull up his pants, which he refused to do at first. It was discovered he had a warrant for fare evasion. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Hoboken Police Department, where he was further charged with lewdness. After processing, Jordan was transported to a local hospital and released with a summons.
