1. On Oct. 16, 2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Police Officers
Domenick Allegreta and David Chicara responded to Old Lorenzos Pizzeria, 301 Jackson St., on
reports of a disorderly person who had threatened other patrons. Officers located the actor, later
identified as 38-year-old Raneisha Williams of Hoboken, outside of the establishment. An on-scene investigation revealed Williams engaged two others inside the pizza store, became irate
toward them, getting close enough to kiss one of the other people on the face, and grabbed the
other person inappropriately. She also threatened them with violence, while showing them a
lighter that appeared to look like a firearm. Williams was arrested and charged with aggravated
assault, criminal sexual contact, making terroristic threats, unlawful possession of a weapon, and
harassment. She was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing, before being
taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
2. On Oct. 16, 2025, at approximately 9:50 a.m., Police Officers Remy Garcia-Martin and
Anthony Olivera responded to 300 block of Grand Street on reports of a suspicious person inside
what was supposed to be a vacant building. They located an individual, later identified as 33-
year-old Orlando Rodriguez of Manhattan, inside the building. Sgt. Robert Roman and Police
Officers Harry Montalvo and Christopher Barral arrived on the scene to assist. It was discovered
that Rodriguez had three active warrants out of Hoboken and one out of Hudson County, and he
was arrested for bail jumping. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for
processing. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
3. On Oct. 16, 2025, at approximately 2:20 p.m., Police Officer Harry Montalvo was flagged
down on Bloomfield Street near Fourth Street by an individual who appeared to be in a verbal
disagreement with another person. Detectives Anthony Ingraffia and Jason Montalvo and Police
Officers Aiden Gonzalez and Joseph DiMartino arrived on the scene to assist. The two people
involved in the argument were separated. An on-scene investigation revealed one of the men, 33-
year-old Cecilio Alzuru-Garcia of Jersey City, was in possession of the other person’s cell
phone. Alzuru-Garcia was arrested, transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters, and charged
with theft. He was also given a summons for riding a motorcycle with a suspended license. After
processing he was released with a summons and court date.
4. On Oct. 16, 2025, at approximately 5:35 p.m., Police Officers William Vera, Matthew
Bonanno, and Adrian Comayagua responded to the Hoboken Shelter, 300 Bloomfield St., on
reports of an assault. When they arrived, they located a man who fit the description of the actor,
walking outside of the shelter. They approached him and identified him as 30-year-old Erikson
Sarita of Hoboken. An on-scene investigation revealed Sarita and another individual got into an
argument, and Sarita pushed the other person to the ground, before threatening to kill him. Sarita
was arrested, transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters, and charged with making terroristic
threats and simple assault. After being processed, he was transported to the Hudson County
Correctional Facility.
5. On Oct. 16, 2025, at approximately 8:35 p.m., Police Officer David Smentkowski observed a
vehicle pass him, with a temporary tag covered in plastic, which he knew was an indication that
the temporary tag was fraudulent. He pulled the car over and inspected the license plate,
confirming it was fraudulent. The driver was identified as 31-year-old Mehdi Ikouirene of Jersey
City, and it was determined he provided a fraudulent registration. Ikouirene was charged with
displaying forged temporary license plate, fictitious display, and placement of a forged plate. He
was released on the scene with a summons and court date.
6. On Oct. 16, 2025, at approximately 10 p.m., Police Officers Rose Kanan and Harry Montalvo
responded to the 400 block of Newark Street on reports of a fight between two people. Upon
arrival they observed a man, later identified as 62-year-old Anthony Rhodes of Hoboken,
gathering belongings from the ground. The other person had already left the scene. It was later
determined Rhodes had active warrants out of Hudson County and Hoboken for possession of
CDS and making terroristic threats. He was located on the 400 block of Monroe Street and
arrested. A search incident to arrest located several cylindrical glass pipes with burnt edges, steel
wool, and a push rod. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters and charged with
possession of drug paraphernalia. After processing, Rhodes was transported to the Hudson
County Correctional Facility.
7. On Oct. 17, 2025, at approximately 3:15 a.m., Police Officers Zackary Guido and Ricky
Truppner observed a vehicle parked on the 100 block of First Street with a person passed out in
the driver’s seat. Officers woke up the man, later identified as 26-year-old Cristian Baker of
South Plainfield, and asked him to roll down the window, which he had trouble doing. When he
did, officers immediately smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from within the
vehicle and on Baker’s breath. He was also observed to have droopy eyelids and glassy eyes. He
was unable to provide documents such as license, registration, and insurance. Sgt. Roary Miller
and Police Officers Jayden Gonzalez and Donovan Ortiz arrived on the scene to assist. Baker
was given a standardized field sobriety test, after which he was arrested for driving while
intoxicated. A search of his car located an open and unsealed alcoholic beverage in the cup
holder of the front seat. Baker was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters and charged with
driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, opened/unsealed containers of alcohol, restricted
parking, refusal of consent to taking samples of breath, and failure to exhibit documents. It was
discovered he had a warrant out of Bass River. As per John’s Law, he was released into custody
of a responsible party.
8. On Oct. 17, 2025, at approximately 11 a.m., Police Officers Teddy Santiago and Marco
Grossman were approached by an individual on the 300 block of Marshall Drive who told them a
man, later identified as 58-year-old Walter Arena of Hoboken, on the front stairs of a nearby
Hoboken Housing Authority (HHA) building with a syringe in his hand. When officers
approached Arena, they observed a used wax-fold on the floor nearby. It was discovered that
Arena had a warrant out of Hoboken for shoplifting. He was placed under arrest and a search
incident to arrest revealed drug paraphernalia including multiple capped and uncapped syringes,
two push rods, a glass pipe, and two metallic cylinder caps with small traces of residue. He was
transferred to Hoboken Police Headquarters where he was charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia, criminal trespassing, and bail jumping. After being processed, Arena was
transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
9. On Oct. 17, 2025, at approximately 8:40 p.m., Police Officer David Smentkowski observed a
vehicle with a fraudulent registration on the 600 block of Washington Street. The driver was
identified as 29-year-old Tyliqlik Harris of Jersey City, and it was confirmed that the vehicle
registration was fraudulent. It was discovered that Harris had two open warrants. He was issued
summonses for displaying forged temporary license plate, displaying forged temporary
registration card, unregistered motor vehicle, fictitious plates, placement of forged plate on
motor vehicle, and operating with a suspended driver’s license. He was released from police
custody on the scene.
10. On Oct. 19, 2025, at approximately 8:15 a.m., Sgt. Robert Roman and Police Officers Joseph
DiMartino and Jonathan Figueroa responded to the 100 block of Fifth Street, on reports of a man
masturbating, first inside his car, and then in front of two people inside an business, which he
also tried to get inside of. Police Officers Frank Lombardo and Anish Bhisey also responded.
Officers located a man, later identified as 44-year-old William Romano of Jersey City, who fit
the description of the actor on the 400 block of Bloomfield Street. He was charged with burglary
and criminal sexual contact and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters. It was discovered
he had a warrant out of Jersey City and Rochelle Park. After being processed, Romano was
transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
11. On Oct. 19, 2025, at approximately 5 p.m., Police Officers John Lawton and Valentino
Salgado responded to the area of 14th Street and Washington Street on reports of a man urinating
in public and threatening passersby. They stopped the actor, later identified as 52-year-old
Calvin Eure of New Brunswick. An on-scene investigation revealed when someone asked him to
stop urinating in public, Eure threatened to molest the person’s family, including children. Sgt.
Francis McCourt and Police Officer Kyle Seper arrived on the scene to assist. It was discovered
Eure had an active warrant out of New Brunswick for defiant trespassing. While no civilian
complaints were filed, Eure was arrested on the warrant, and transported to Hoboken Police
Headquarters for processing, before being taken to New Brunswick.
12. On Oct. 20, 2025, at approximately 9 p.m., Police Officer Stephen Chowanec was flagged
down on the 300 block of Jackson Street. Christopher Soto, Jayden Rodriguez, and Nicholas
Losurdo arrived on the scene to assist. While on scene, it was determined the woman who
flagged them down, identified as 29-year-old Alexis Todd of Hoboken, had open warrants from
Hudson County for operating a motor vehicle during a license suspension. She was transported
to Hoboken Police Headquarters, processed, and taken to the Hudson County Correctional
Facility.
13. On Oct. 21, 2025, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Police Officers Zackary Guido and Ronald
Kibitlewski conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of 11th Street and Willow Avenue, after
observing a vehicle, disregard a traffic light. The driver was observed to be sluggish and
sweating and appeared to look confused while speaking with the officers. He gave them an
expired license, which they learned belonged to someone else. Sgt. Michael Losurdo and Police
Officers Michael Aviles and David Chicara arrived on the scene to assist. It was confirmed that
the license the driver produced did not belong to him. He was placed under arrest for forgery.
Officers were able to see a suspect blunt dipped in PCP in the vehicle. The driver was
transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters, where he was identified as 46-year-old Julio
Pineda-Martinez of West New York and given a field sobriety test. He was charged with driving
while intoxicated, possession of CDS, forgery, having a false ID, hindering, possession of drug
paraphernalia, and receiving stolen property. He was also issued multiple summonses related to
the driving while intoxicated charges. Pineda-Martinez was ultimately transported to the Hudson
County Correctional Facility.
14. On Oct. 21, 2025, at approximately 4:35 p.m., Police Officers Adrian Comayagua and
William Vera responded to Hoboken Police Headquarters to assist the processing of 57-year-old
Richard Maldonado of Jersey City, who turned himself in on a failure to appear warrant out of
Hudson County. After processing, he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional
Facility.
15. On Oct. 22, 2025, at approximately 1:20 p.m., Police Officers Christopher Barral and Frank
Lombardo responded to the 400 block of Monroe Street to assist Sgt. Adam Colon who was
attempting to stop a man, identified as 34-year-old Louis Fernandez of West New York, who
they knew had an outstanding warrant out of Jersey City. Officers stopped Fernandez nearby,
and the warrant was confirmed. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters and
processed. He was released with a new court date.
