1. On November 26, 2025, at 9:30 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested a 21-year-old male, Adriel E. Acosta-Franco of Guttenberg, NJ, for 1
outstanding warrant issued out of the Guttenberg Municipal Court in the amount of
$550.00. Acosta-Franco was able to post bail and was released from police custody.
2. On November 27, 2025, at 9:19 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested a 35-year-old male, Yefersson Sanchez-Moreno of West New York, NJ, for 1
outstanding warrant issued out of the Guttenberg Municipal Court in the amount of
$550.00. Acosta-Franco was able to post bail and was released from police custody.
3. On November 27, 2025, at 3:09 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested a 20-year-old male, Anthony Aquino-Osorio of Weehawken, NJ, for 1
outstanding warrant issued out of the Guttenberg Municipal Court in the amount of
$550.00. Aquino-Osorio was able to post bail and was released from police custody.
4. On November 29, 2025, at 8:59 AM, Guttenberg Police responded to the 200 block of
68th Street on a report of a possible motor vehicle crash. After an conducting an
investigation while on the scene, police arrested a 17-year-old male, of East Windsor
for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued five motor vehicle summonses
and was released into the custody of his mother.
