1. On December 2, 2025, at 5:23 AM, the West New York Police Department contacted
the Guttenberg Police Department to advise that during a motor vehicle stop,
members of the West New York Police Department’s arrested 36-year-old male,
Eustaquio Ruiz of Guttenberg, NJ, after discovering that he had an active warrant,
issued by the Guttenberg Municipal Court in the amount of $550.00. Ruiz was
transported to Guttenberg Police Headquarters by members of the WNYPD for arrest
processing. Ruiz was processed and booked. Ruiz posted full bail, and was released
from police custody.
2. On December 4, 2025, at 1:25 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested a 30-year-old male, Cristian Rodriguez-Ortiz of Perth Amboy, NJ, for 1
outstanding warrant issued out of the Passaic City Municipal Court in the amount of
$750.00. Rodriguez-Ortiz was released on his own recognizance and issued a new
court date in Passaic City Municipal Court.
3. On December 6, 2025, at 9:45 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested a 45-year-old male, Victor Estrada-Coy of Guttenberg, NJ, for 1 outstanding
warrant issued out of the Guttenberg Municipal Court in the amount of $750.00.
Estrada-Coy was able to post bail and was released from police custody.
4. On December 7, 2025, at 3:49 AM, Guttenberg Police while patrolling the 300 block of
71st Street, police observed a male who appeared to be sleeping behind the wheel of
his vehicle. After an conducting an investigation while on the scene, police arrested
Willington Martin-Diaz, 50-year-old male, of Guttenberg, NJ for Driving While
Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued six motor vehicle summonses and transported to
Palisades Medical Center.
