1. On December 18, 2025, at 3:40 PM, Guttenberg Police responded to a business located
at 7000 Boulevard East after receiving a report of a theft. Following an on-scene
investigation, police arrested Nicholas Lambert, a 44-year-old male from Portsmouth,
RI, for theft [2C:20-3a]. He was issued a complaint summons and released from
custody.
2. On December 19, 2025, at 02:02 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested Juan Garcia-Osuna, a 50-year-old male, of North Bergen, NJ for Driving
While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued four motor vehicle summonses and
released into the custody of a responsible adult.
3. On December 20, 2025, at 01:20 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested Victor Santos, a 52-year-old male, of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While
Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued five motor vehicle summonses and released into
the custody of a responsible adult.
4. On December 20, 2025, at 02:28 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested Oscar Alfaro-Alfaro, a 30-year-old male, of West New York, NJ for Driving
While Intoxicated [39:4-50] and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance
[2C:35-10a(1)]. He was issued nine motor vehicle summonses and his complaint
summons and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
5. On December 21, 2025, at 12:24 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police
arrested Keyla Nunfio, a 35-year-old female, of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While
Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued three motor vehicle summonses and released
into the custody of a responsible adult.

innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
