1. On December 22, 2025, at 12:43 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Adriel Acosta-Franco of Guttenberg, NJ, for an outstanding warrant issued out of the Guttenberg Municipal Court in the amount of $550.00. Acosta-Franco was able to post bail and was released from police custody

2. On December 25, 2025, at 01:43 AM, Guttenberg Police responded to the 400 block of 68th Street on a report of a male looking into vehicles. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the caller who provided information to the responding Officers. While on the scene, officers observed, Leonardo Nunez, a 38-year-old male, of North Bergen, who had an outstanding warrant issued out of the Guttenberg Municipal Court for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3a]. Officers then attempted to bring Hernandez into custody. During the arrest, Hernandez resisted and obstructed the officers from taking him into custody. However, they were able to successfully apprehend him. A new complaint was filed against Hernandez for Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)], Obstruction of Justice [2C:29-1a] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Hernandez was processed and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Center.

3. On December 28, 2025, at 12:29 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police arrested Ginna Rivera, a 42-year-old female, of North Bergen, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. She was issued four motor vehicle summonses and transported to Palisades Medical Center.

4. On December 28, 2025, at 12:47 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Guttenberg Police arrested Marco Rovelo, a 56-year-old male, of North Bergen NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued four motor vehicle summonses and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
