1. On 01/05/2026 at 10:08 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old male, Jaymark Bailey of Union, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Middlesex Boro Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Bailey was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

2. On 01/05/2026 at 3:17 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 65-year-old male, Anthony Barker of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1))]. Mr. Barker was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. The police also arrested a 38-year-old, Jalil Clinton of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $6,500.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Old Bridge, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Barker was further found to have been involved in a shoplifting incident at Walmart on 12/28/2025. Mr. Barker was issued 2 complaint warrants in relation to both shoplifting incidents. Mr. Barker was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. Mr. Clinton was able to post bail and was released from police custody.

3. On 01/06/2026 at 11:12 AM, while on patrol, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle stopped in the Fuel 4 Gas Station located at 1320 Paterson Plank Road. The vehicle was found to have a fictitious license plate affixed to the vehicle. During the investigation, the police located the three individuals who had occupied the motor vehicle. While the police approached the individuals, the three males began to flee in an attempt to elude the police. After a brief foot pursuit, the police were able to locate the individuals and took into custody a 22-year-old male, Conrad Murray of Brooklyn, NY along with a 30-year-old male, Akeem Martin of Brooklyn, NY and a 36-year-old male, James Richardson of Brooklyn, NY for Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A]. Mr. Martin was also issued 3 motor vehicle summonses. Mr. Murray along with Mr. Martin and Mr. Richardson were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

4. On 01/07/2026 at 12:43 AM, Officers from the North Bergen Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road to transfer custody of a 26-year-old male, Izaih Velez of Little Ferry, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Velez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

5. On 01/07/2026 at 2:55 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male, Hassan Anderson of Linden, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the NJ State Commission Center with no bail. Officers from the NJ State Parole Board responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Anderson for transport back to their authority.

6. On 01/07/2026 at 9:10 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 56-year-old female, Audry Slayton of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(1)]. The police also arrested a 60-year-old male, Herbert Owens of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)], Evidence Tampering [2C:28-6(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Both Ms. Slayton and Mr. Owens were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

7. On 01/09/2026 at 1:09 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old male, Eugene Williams of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Newark, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Newark Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department and took custody of Mr. Williams for transport back to their authority.

8. On 01/09/2026 at 5:19 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory located at 31 Mill Creek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested the following individuals; A 29-year-old female, Alejandra Pico of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)], Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information and Employing a Juvenile in the Commission of a Crime [2C:24-9A]. Ms. Pico was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Tinton Falls, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. A 32-year-old female, Karina Meza-Urbina of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)] and Employing a Juvenile in the Commission of a Crime [2C:24-9A]. A 28-year-old male, Erick Mazon-Suarez of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)], Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(2)] and Employing a Juvenile in the Commission of a Crime [2C:24-9A]. A 30-year-old male, Anthony Mazon-Suarez of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)], Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(2)], Employing a Juvenile in the Commission of a Crime [2C:24-9A] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. The police also arrested a 17-year-old male of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. While investigating this shoplifting incident, the police identified the 17-year-old male as the individual involved in two separate cellphone thefts that occurred at Burlington Coat Factory and Kohl’s located at 3 Mill Creek Drive on 12/28/2025. The juvenile male was issued his juvenile complaint summons for the incident at Burlington Coat Factory on 01/09/2026 and 2 juvenile complaint summonses for the incidents on 12/28/2025 and was released into the custody of a responsible adult. Ms. Pico along with Ms. Meza-Urbina and Mr. Anthony Mazon-Suarez were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. Mr. Erick Mazon-Suarez was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

9. On 01/09/2026 at 8:20 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 46-year-old male, Sameer Hosein of North Bergen, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Hosein was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

10. On 01/09/2026 at 8:26 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Paterson Plank Road and Harmon Meadow Blvd on a report of motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 45-year-old male, Kelvin Moreno-Plasencia of North Bergen, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Moreno-Plasencia was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

11. On 01/09/2026 at 9:43 PM, Officers from the Garfield Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road to transfer custody of a 64-year-old male, Jose Rojas-Pinilla of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Mr. Rojas-Pinilla was able to post bail for both involved warrants and was released from police custody.

12. On 01/10/2026 at 11:39 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male, Aiberson Vega-Gonzalez of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Mr. Vega-Gonzalez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.

13. On 01/11/2026 at 7:26 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Clifton Police Department to take into custody a 22-year-old male, Erincson Portes-Ramirez of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Portes-Ramirez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
