Jan. 1, 2026, approximately 3:40 a.m., 600 block of Sixth Street: Ramon Antonette, 49, of the
Bronx, was arrested for DWI, refusal of breath test, reckless driving, and open container.
Released to a responsible party per John’s Law. Responding officers included Police Officers
Zackary Guido and Alyssa Rivera.
Jan. 3, 2026, approximately 1:10 a.m., 900 block of Park Avenue: Steven Serrano, 34, of
Bayonne, was arrested on an active warrant out of West New York and issued summonses for
driving with a suspended license, and unlicensed driver. He was released into the custody of
West New York Police. Responding officers included Police Officers Thomas Graziano and
Donovan Ortiz.
Jan. 3, 2026, approximately 12:30 p.m., Jackson and Third Streets: Diane Luciano, 52, of
Hoboken, was arrested on an active warrant for the original offence of burglary, theft of package.
Luciano was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding
Officers included Police Officers Harry Montalvo, Daniel Barron, and Marc Lombardi.
Jan. 3, 2026, approximately 7:50 p.m., 600 block of Court Street: Three juveniles were
arrested for criminal mischief and ultimately released into the custody of parents and/or
guardians. Responding officers included: Lt. William Bullock and Police Officers Mark
Mooreman and Christopher Barral.
Jan. 4, 2026, approximately 1:40 a.m., 400 block of Bloomfield Street: 25-year-old Javier
Marin of Carlstadt, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. As per John’s
Law, he was released into custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Sgt.
Michael Losurdo and Police Officers Donovan Ortiz, Domenick Allegretta, and Ahmed Bhisey.
Jan. 4, 2026, approximately 6:10 p.m., 50 block of Newark Street: David Muntzer, 64, of
Hoboken, was arrested on an active warrant for an original charge of simple assault. He was
ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included:
Sgt. Michael Straten and Police Officers Jessica Pizanie, Joseph Lupo, Alexander Miller, and
John Lawton.
Jan. 4, 2026, approximately 6:25 p.m., 100 block of Washington Street: Howard Parker, 62,
of New York City, was issued a summons for open container and arrested on an open warrant out
of Hoboken for defiant trespassing. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County
Correction Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers David Smentkowski and
Zackary Guido.
Jan. 5, 2026, approximately 3 p.m., Grand and 11th Streets: Spencer Perez, 31, of Hoboken,
was arrested on a warrant and for possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession with
intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession with intent to distribute within
500 feet of a public park. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
Responding officers included Police Officers Anthony Azzoline and Nicholas Protopapadskis.
Jan. 5, 2026, approximately 6:25 p.m., Newark and Garden Streets: Mohammad Mortuza,
44, of Teaneck was arrested on a warrant for failure to provide child support. He was transported
to the Hudson County Sheriff's Department. Responding officers included Police Officers David
Smentkowski, Christopher Barral, and Matthew Bonanno.
Jan. 5, 2026, approximately 8:10 p.m., 200 block of Jackson Street: Jeffrey Roure. 55, of the
Bronx, was arrested for possession of CDS and defiant trespassing. He was ultimately
transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Maria Viaud, 52, of Hoboken, was
arrested for obstructing the administration of the law and resisting arrest and released on a
summons. Responding Officers included: Police Officers David Smentokowski, John Lawton,
Alexander Miller, Nicholas Rodriguez, and Shyenna Vega.
Jan. 6, 2026, approximately 11:05 a.m., 200 block of Harrison Street: Juan Ruiz, 39, of West
New York, was arrested for two warrants out of Hoboken. He also charged with possession of
drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County
Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Rose Kanan, Jonathan
Figueroa, Anthony Rutkowski, and Christopher Soto.
Jan. 6, 2026, approximately 7:45 p.m., 1200 block of Willow Avenue: Eliseo Souchet, 36, of
Hoboken, was arrested for making terroristic threats. He was ultimately transported to the
Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Daniel Grossi and
Police Officers Roberto Cuevas, Matthew Bonnano, Marco Grossmann, and Andrias Bonilla.
Jan. 7, 2026, approximately 1:20 a.m., 50 block of Newark Street: Eddie Santiago, 48, of
Hoboken, was arrested on a warrant for theft and disorderly persons. He was further charged
with hindering apprehension for providing false information. He was ultimately transported to
the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Adrian
Comayagua and Marvin DeJesus.
Jan. 7, 2026, approximately 4:10 a.m.: Mussie Sereke, 33, of Linden, was transported from the
Linden Police Department to Hoboken Police Headquarters on an open warrant out of Hoboken
on a motor vehicle violation. He posted bail and was released from custody. Responding Officers
included Police Officers Shawn Sodora and Anthony Olivera.
Jan. 7, 2026, approximately 7:45 p.m., 200 block of Jackson Street: Carrillo, Edward, 34, of
Bayonne was arrested for defiant trespassing. He was issued a summons and released from
custody. Responding officers included Alexander Miller, John Lawton, Shyenna Vega, Trevor
Thomas, and Stephen Chowanec.
