1. On 02/25/2026 at 11:05 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 38-year-old male, Hassan Bates of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Bates was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
2. On 02/26/2026 at 6:44 PM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle crash in the area of Harmon Meadow Boulevard and Plaza Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old female, Sierra Gagnon of Red Bank, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Gagnon was additionally charged with Assault by Auto [2C:12-1C(2)]. Ms. Gagnon was issued her complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and she was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
3. On 02/26/2026 at 9:48 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 201 Penhorn Avenue on a report of an individual who appeared to be asleep while sitting in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34-year-old male, Jimmy Galvis of Philadelphia, PA for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Galvis was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
4. On 02/27/2026 at 11:43 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old male, Carlos Caro-Millan of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Caro-Millan was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
5. On 03/01/2026 at 12:31 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Exxon Gas Station located at 209 Route 3 East on a report of an individual who did not pay for fuel. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Narayan Iyer of Secaucus, NJ for Theft of Services [2C:20-8A]. Mr. Iyer was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
