1. On 03/02/2026 at 12:45 PM, Secaucus Police attempted to stop a motor vehicle for an observed motor vehicle violation. The vehicle failed to stop and eluded the police. During the investigation, on the same date at 16:00 PM, the police arrested a 21-year-old male, Dereck Angeles of Union City, NJ for Eluding [2C:29-2B]. Mr. Angeles was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Angeles was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

2. On 03/03/2026 at 3:08 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Kenny Hernandez of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Hernandez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

3. On 03/04/2026 at 8:53 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the NJ State Police Barracks in Holmdel, NJ to take into custody a 28-year-old male, Kevin Santos of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $4,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Santos was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

4. On 03/04/2026 at 12:14 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Richard Moran of Weehawken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken, NJ with no bail. In relation to this outstanding warrant, Mr. Moran had 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Moran for transport back to their agency.

5. On 03/04/2026 at 4:07 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of First Street on a report of a male who was yelling. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old male, Elihu Edhomeriegue of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook,, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Officers from the Saddle Brook Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of Mr. Edhomeriegue for transport back to their agency.

6. On 03/04/2026 at 5:49 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Angel Solorzano-Bravo of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Solorzano-Bravo was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Union City Police Department.

7. On 03/04/2026 at 6:08 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male, Jeremy Orellana of Ridgefield Park, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Keansburg, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Keansburg did release Mr. Orellana on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Orellana was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

8. On 03/05/2026 at 4:09 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Union County Jail to take into custody a 31-year-old male, Parish Washington of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Washington was also found to have 2 outstanding warrants issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Keansburg, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Washington was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

9. On 03/06/2026 at 5:05 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred on 02/27/2026 on New County Road, the police arrested a 39-year-old male, Pedro Lamotte of Newark, NJ for Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1B(1)], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D] and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D]. Mr. Lamotte was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

10. On 03/08/2026 at 6:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Episcopal Church of our Savior located at 191 Flanagan Way on a report of an unruly individual. During the investigation, the police arrested a 73-year-old male, Alfred Viggiano of Secaucus, NJ for Bias Intimidation [2C:16-1A(2)] and Harassment [2C:33-4B]. Mr. Viggiano was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
