There are so many ways to have fun outdoors at the Nature Center! This month’s Seasonal Scavenger Hunt is available for pickup this weekend, Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. On Sunday the 15 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, take a walk that makes a difference with the Annual Boundary Walk, a hands-on stewardship event that helps safeguard the health and integrity of our preserve. The Tenafly Library Friends are celebrating Women's History Month with a concert favorite; The Metamorphic Winds Saxophone Quartet. This event will be held this Sunday, March 15 at 2:00 pm at the Tenafly Library. Come enjoy this lively family-friendly event. It's free and no registration is needed.
Experience a piano recital by Victoria Schwartzman, performing on a Mason and Hamlin grand piano Beethoven, Chopin, and Prokofiev classics. March 15 at 4:30 pm, at the Presbyterian Church. Free admission, though donations supporting the arts outreach program are welcome.
The Church of the Atonement, located at the corner of Highwood and Engle, is hosting their annual Soup Supper on Wednesday, March 18 at 6:30 pm. There will be homemade soups and desserts. It is BYOB and bring your own bowl and spoon! Adults $10 and children 3 to 11 are $5.
On Sunday, March 22 at 5:00 pm, The Church of the Atonement will be presenting Franz Liszt’s “Via Crucis” for soloists, choir, and organ, with poetry and other readings. $15 is suggested as a free will offering at the door.

ACEing Autism at the Kaplen JCC kicks off its Spring season on Sunday, March 22. ACEing helps children benefit from social connections, fitness and fun through tennis. If you are interested in signing up your child ages 5-18 to participate, or if high school students and adults want to volunteer, please email kaplenjcc@ACEingAutism.org . No tennis experience required.
The Kaplen JCC Running Program is designed for kids ages 8 to 14 and adults 18+ to discover the joy of running in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Whether participants are brand new to running or looking to build skills and confidence, this program focuses on developing a love for movement while improving endurance, strength, and overall fitness. All sessions are led by experienced Race Faster coaches, who create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate workouts for every level. Carriage House concerts presents “Roots“, a String Quartet, performing Armenian folk songs by Komitas, Scandinavian selections, and Dvořák, March 22 at 5:00 pm in the Presbyterian Church Chapel. Admission $30 per person, children under 18 free, tickets available through Eventbrite or at the door.
