On 12/14/2020 at 5:54 PM, Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of a male attempting to pick up a package with fraudulent identification. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21 year old male, Daniel Mordan of Union City, NJ for Identity Theft [2C:21-17A(2)], Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C], Possession of a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1D], Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(2)] and Criminal Attempt to Commit Theft [2C:5-1A(1)]. Mr. Mordan was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 12/14/2020 at 10:12 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Route 3 West on a report of a vehicle being operated by a possible intoxicated driver. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34 year old male, Rene Garnica-Cruz of Passaic, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Garnica-Cruz was served his summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 6 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 12/15/2020 at 6:11 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 61 year old male, Kevin Bagdan of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Bagdan was served his motor vehicle summonses for Driving While Intoxicated along with 3 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 12/15/2020 at 6:36 PM, Officer’s from the NJ State Police responded to the Secaucus Police Department to transfer custody of a 32 year old male, Jerrald Payne of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Payne was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 12/15/2020 at 8:40 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27 year old male, Leonard Sanchez of Union City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Mr. Sanchez was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 12/15/2020 at 4:20 PM, the police arrested a 25 year old male, Mar Moran of Yonkers, NY after he entered Secaucus Police Headquarters to turn himself in for an outstanding warrant issued by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to a Theft by Deception incident that occurred on 04/23/2020. Mr. Moran was charged with Theft by Deception [2C:20-4] and Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Moran was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 12/16/2020 at 4:10 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Riverside Station Boulevard on a report of an individual locking themselves inside a vacant apartment. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23 year old female, Julissa Vargas of Bayonne, NJ for Trespassing [2C:18-3A]. Ms. Vargas was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 12/17/2020 at 9:18 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Roadway Inn located at 155 Route 3 East on a report of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21 year old male, Andrew Fearon of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Wanaque Boro, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Fearon was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 12/18/2020 at 11:52 AM, Secaucus Police observed a male climb the fence that sits atop the concrete barrier that separates Route 3 East and Route 3 West and run across the Eastbound lanes of Route 3. The police were able to stop the individual involved in the area of Roosevelt Avenue and ultimately arrested the 19 year old male, Luis Ramos of Union City, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(2)]. Mr. Ramos was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 12/19/2020 at 3:07 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29 year old male, Magd Alamah of Palisades Park, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Alamah was served his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 12/19/2020 at 9:38 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 49 year old male, Anthony Chambliss of Jersey City, NJ for Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C], Displaying a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C], Possession of CDS believed to be Gabapentin [2C:35-10A(2)], Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Gabapentin [2C:35-10.5E(2)] and Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card to a Law Enforcement Officer [2C:21-2.3B]. Mr. Chambliss was served his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 12/19/2020 at 8:30 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking levels at 300 Lighting Way on a report of suspicious vehicles driving erratically. During the investigation, the police arrested a 20 year old male, Malvin Espinal-Espinal of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Espinal-Espinal was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 12/20/2020 at 7:45 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 38 year old male, Reginald Burch of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $200.00. The Newark Police Department did release Mr. Burch on his own recognizance. Mr. Burch was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
