On 06/14/2021 at 12:21 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 1520 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32 year old male, Shawn Mestre of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Mestre was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 06/14/2021 at 8:59 AM, in furtherance of an ongoing investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division regarding an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred at 60 Metro Way on 10/27/2020, the Secaucus Police Department responded to Jersey City, NJ and took into custody a 30 year old male, Micheal Williamson of Jersey City, NJ for Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1B(1)]. Mr. Williamson was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail in relation to the Aggravated Assault charge issued out of Secaucus, NJ. Mr. Williamson was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/14/2021 at 3:49 PM, in furtherance of an ongoing investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division regarding an incident of Eluding that occurred on 07/19/2020 in the area of Secaucus Road and County Avenue, the Secaucus Police responded to Jersey City, NJ and took into custody a 25 year old male, Mark Rodriguez of Jersey City, NJ for Eluding [2C:29-2B]. Mr. Rodriguez was found to have 1 NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office in relation to the Eluding charge issue out of Secaucus, NJ and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Rodriguez was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/14/2021 at 6:22 PM, in furtherance of an ongoing investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division in relation to a string of commercial burglaries that occurred on Enterprise Avenue in October of 2020, the police arrested a 58 year old male, Henry Singleton of Jersey City, NJ at Secaucus Police Headquarters after Mr. Singleton turned himself in for the following outstanding warrants; Mr. Singleton was charged with Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A] for an incident occurring at National Retail System located at 20 Enterprise Avenue on 10/21/2020. Mr. Singleton was charged with Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A] for an incident occurring at Calvin Klein located at 30 Enterprise Avenue on 10/23/2020 and Mr. Singleton was charged with Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Criminal Mischief [2C:17-3A(1)] and Criminal Attempt [2C:5-2A(1)] for an incident that occurred at Calvin Klein located at 30 Enterprise Avenue on 10/26/2020. Mr. Singleton was served his complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/15/2021 at 3:43 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34 year old male, Mohamed Nassar of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Guttenberg, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Nassar was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 06/16/2021 at 7:41 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39 year old male, Saleem Sims of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Sims was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and Officers from the Jersey City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of Mr. Sims for transport to their agency.

On 06/18/2021 at 3:38 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Roadway Inn located at 155 Route 3 East on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old male, Omar Smith of Jersey City, NJ for 3 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail for all 3 warrants. Mr. Smith was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On 06/19/2021 at 3:52 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 42 year old male, John Harris of Woodland Park, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Smith was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 6 motor vehicle summonses. Mr. Harris was also charged with Urinating in Public [TO:106-1] and was issued a special complaint summons. Mr. Harris was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

06/19/2021 at 11:06 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 46 year old male, Dennis Taylor of Seattle, WA for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Adams County Sheriff’s Office in PA with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Middletown, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Taylor was additionally charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Taylor was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/20/2021 at 5:25 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51 year old female, Maria Frangos of Secaucus, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Frangos was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Possession of Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Tizanidine without a Prescription [2C:35-10.5E(2)]. Ms. Frangos was served her complaint warrant along with 7 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/20/2021 at 1:53 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking levels at 2000 Riverside Station Boulevard to conduct a welfare check of an individual in a motor vehicle who was reportedly unconscious. During the investigation, the police arrested a 52 year old male, Mark Brooks of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Brooks was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
