On 08/17/2021 at 2:05 AM, Officer’s from the North Bergen Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 24 year old male, David Moreira of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Mr. Moreira was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 08/17/2021 at 9:42 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 36 year old male, Jeinson Bedoyalopez of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be 2C-B [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Bedoyalopez was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 08/18/2021 at 11:13 AM, the police arrested a 34 year old female, Karina Espinal of Dorchester, MA after Ms. Espinal entered Secaucus Police Headquarters for the purpose of satisfying 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ for the charge of Theft of Services [2C:20-8A] with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Espinal was able to post the $500.00 bail for the 1 involved warrant. The Secaucus Municipal Court did release Ms. Espinal on her own recognizance on the other outstanding warrant and Ms. Espinal was released from police custody.

On 08/18/2021 at 11:43 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31 year old male, Ashshakir Muhammad of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Muhammad was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 08/19/2021 at 10:15 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Jiale Hicks of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option along with 3 additional outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $300.00. Mr. Hicks was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 08/20/2021 at 3:41 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the La Quinta Inn located at 350 Lighting Way on a report of an individual who appeared to be intoxicated who was refusing to leave a private event at the hotel. During the investigation, the police arrested a 44 year old male, Timothy Schott of Easton, PA for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Schott was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 08/22/201 at 2:01 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old female, Sharon Carrasas-Huayllas of Elizabeth, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Carrasa-Huayllas was served her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
