Secaucus Police Blotter 09/06/2021 - 09/12/2021

On 09/06/2021 at 2:57 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of the Sam’s Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive after the Police Department received a 9-1-1 call of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, no such dispute was located and the police were unable to make contact with the initial caller. On 09/07/2021 at 5:52 PM, at 1 Park Plaza Drive the police arrested a 36-year-old female, Jennifer Robinson of New York, NY for False Public Alarms [2C:33-3E] after it was found that Ms. Robinson misused the 9-1-1 system by contacting 9-1-1 without there being an emergency. Ms. Robinson was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/07/2021 at 5:27 PM, Officer’s from the Lyndhurst Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department to transfer custody of a 22-year-old male, Junior Perez-Santos of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Perez-Santos was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 09/08/2021 at 3:56 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old male, Gilberto Robinson of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairfield, NJ in the amount of $550.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Both the Fairfield Police Department and the Kearny Police Department released Mr. Robinson on his own recognizance pending future court dates. Mr. Robinson was issued 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/11/2021 at 3:44 AM, while on patrol the Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle stopped in the area of Route 3 West and the exit ramp from Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 44-year-old female, Carmen Reiss of Wayne, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Reiss was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
