Secaucus Police Blotter 12/24/18 - 12/31/18

Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 12/26/2018 at 12:46 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Macy’s located at 500 Meadowland Parkway on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 39 year old male, Derrick Mason of Jersey City, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Mason was also found to have an outstanding warrant out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1000.00. Mr. Mason was served his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 12/28/2018 at 9:00 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31 year old male, Terrence Arnold of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 warrant out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00 and 1 NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff Office with no bail. Mr. Arnold was also issued 3 motor vehicle summonses. The police also arrested a 32 year old female, Tyiesha Mcnair of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $250.00 and 1 outstanding warrant out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Officer’s from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department responded to police headquarters, took custody of Mr. Arnold and transported him to the Hudson County Jail. Ms. Mcnair was able to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently released from custody.

On 12/29/2018 at 5:48 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old male, Nicholas Georgetti of Secaucus, NJ for an NCIC warrant issued out of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office with no bail. Mr. Georgetti was also issued 1 motor vehicle summons. Officer’s from the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office responded to police headquarters and subsequently transported Mr. Georgetti to their authority.

On 12/30/2018 at 7:10 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45 year old male, Cardell Rouse of Clifton, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $150.00. Mr. Rouse posted bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from custody.

On 12/30/2018 at 10:29 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 200 Millcreek Drive on a report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38 year old male, Anthony Ortiz of Bayonne, NJ for Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident with Injury [39:4-129C] along with Careless Driving [39:4-97]. Mr. Ortiz was further issued 3 additional motor vehicle summonses for the incident and was released from custody.
