Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 05/13/2019 at 6:03 PM, Secaucus Police conducted an investigation regarding suspicious activity occurring at the Royal Motel located at 650 Route 3 West. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23 year old female, Rhinette Guerrero of the Bronx, NY for 1 NCIC warrant issued out of New York with no bail, 1 outstanding warrant out of Lyndhurst, NJ in the amount of $1,166.00 and 1 outstanding warrant out of Edison, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Guerrero was further charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], Hindering Apprehension by proving false information [2C:29-3A(7)] and being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Ms. Guerrero was served her complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/14/2019 at 3:30 AM, Officer’s from the Secaucus Police Department responded to the Sparta Police Department to take custody of a 31 year old male, Christopher Delgaudio of Sussex, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Delgaudio was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/14/2019 at 6:02 PM, Officer’s from the Secaucus Police Department responded to the Union County Jail to take custody of a 37 year old female, Jessica Szeiber of Cave Creek, Arizona for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ for the charge of Burglary [2C:18-2a(1)] with no bail. Ms. Szeiber was also found to have 1 NCIC warrant issued out of the Lawrenceville Police Department with no bail and 1 NCIC warrant issued out of the Union Police Department with no bail. Ms. Szeiber was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/15/2019 at 9:44 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 36 year old male, Nercido Arias-Cuevas of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ in the amount of $400.00. Mr. Arias-Cuevas was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 05/15/2019 at 1:34 PM, In furtherance of an investigation being conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division regarding a shoplifting incident that occurred at Gucci located at 50 Hartz Way, Secaucus Police arrested a 19 year old male, Tyrese Gregory of Newark, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Gregory was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/15/2019 at 6:59 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Secaucus Municipal Court to take custody of a 26 year old male, Cory Kaisand of Brielle, NJ following sentencing at the court. Mr. Kaisand was further charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Kaisand was served his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/16/2019 at 4:29 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Myrtle Ave on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30 year old female, Nicolle Mastro of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Mastro was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/17/2019 at 2:51, Secaucus Police responded to 595 County Avenue to take into custody a 28 year old male, Jack Morris of Glen Gardner, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant out of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officer’s from the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office took custody of Mr. Gardner and transported him to their jurisdiction.

On 05/18/2019 at 2:30 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old female, Ericka Benitez-Villalobos of Florham Park for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Benitez-Villalobos was served her complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from custody.

On 05/18/2019 at 4:09 PM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious male in the area of 1 Plaza Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37 year old male, Maximo Nunzeante of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Mr. Nunzeante was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 05/19/2019 at 9:24 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Meadowlands Parkway and Cove Court on a report of a vehicle being operated in a careless manner. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28 year old male, Brian Lopez of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Lopez was served his complaint summons along with 2 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 05/19/2019 at 10:04 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 350 Lighting Way on a report of a vehicle being operated by a driver who was possibly intoxicated. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30 year old male, Daniel Dobrolowicz of Stockholm, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Mr. Dobrolowicz was served his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
