On 04/05/2022 at 4:23 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division regarding fraudulent use of a credit card, the police arrested a 21 year old male, Hocine Messaoudi of Secaucus, NJ for 3 counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H] and Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)]. Mr. Messaoudi was taken into custody at the 5000 Building of Riverside Station Boulevard. Mr. Messaoudi was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 04/08/2022 at 2:02 AM, while on patrol the Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle crash that occurred in the area of 925 Paterson Plank Road. During the investigation, the police arrested a 40 year old male, Frederick Bailey of Newark, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Bailey was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 04/08/2022 at 7:31 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 40 Enterprise Avenue on a report of an individual refusing to leave the premises. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28 year old male, Tino Byrd of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officer’s from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Byrd for transport back to their authority.

On 04/09/2022 at 1:33 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 46 year old male, Antonio Cano of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Cano was also charged with Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50] and Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)]. Mr. Cano was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 04/10/2022 at 10:55 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29 year old female, Carla Costales-Saeteros of Weehawken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $74.00. Ms. Costales-Saeteros was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
