On 05/24/2022 at 12:21 AM, Secaucus Police observed a vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Buffalo Wild Wings located at 470 Harmon Meadow Boulevard. The police conducted a welfare check of the operator of the motor vehicle since he appeared ill. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21 year old male, Jason Hernandez of West New York, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Hernandez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 05/24/2022 at 4:51 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the TD Bank located at 1262 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a female attempting to cash a fraudulent check. During the investigation, the police arrested a 52 year old female, Denise Dennison of Monroe, NY for Theft of Identity [2C:21-17.2(A)], Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C], Unlawful Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6C(5)], Conspiracy to commit Theft by Deception [2C:5-2A(1)] and Criminal Attempt to commit Theft by Deception [2C:5-1A(1)]. Ms. Dennison was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 05/24/2022 at 11:34 PM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle parked in the fire zone in the area of the Laquinta Inn located at 350 Lighting Way. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19 year old male, Lamar Dutton of Jersey City, NJ for 4 outstanding NCIC warrants issued out of Livingston, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hillside, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Dutton was issued 2 motor vehicle summons. Officers from the Livingston Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department to take custody of Mr. Dutton for transport back to their agency.
