On 08/29/2022 at 12:37 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 43 year old male, Rashid Fairley of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Fairley was issued 1 motor vehicle summons. Officer’s from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Fairley for transport back to their authority.

On 08/31/2022 at 12:30 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division regarding a Theft of a bicycle that occurred at 101 Plaza Centre Rd on 08/08/2022, the police responded to the Rodeway Inn located at 155 Route 3 East and arrested a 28 year old male, Francisco Cosme-Ortiz of Secaucus, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Cosme-Ortiz was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 08/31/2022 at 9:57 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 1151 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 43 year old male, Theodore Jones of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Genesse County Sheriff’s Office in NY with no bail. Mr. Jones was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Jones was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 08/31/2022 at 12:36 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22 year old male, Brandon Ramirez of Union City, NJ for Unlawful Possession of a Handgun [2C:39-5B(1)]. Mr. Ramirez was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/02/2022 at 2:17 AM, a motorcycle was observed to drive recklessly and pass a DWI checkpoint setup in the area of Route 3 West without stopping. After a brief vehicle pursuit, a motor vehicle stop of the motorcycle was conducted in the area of Route 3 West and the exit ramp to Route 21 where the police arrested a 28 year old male, Alexander Roccamo of Clifton, NJ for Eluding [2C:29-2A(3)A] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2B]. Mr. Roccamo was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/02/2022 at 9:34 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34 year old male, Jabari Rawlins of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $850.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Rawlins was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Oxycodone [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Rawlins was issued his complaint warrant along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/03/2022 at 5:58 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48 year old male, Alain Diaz of Hialeah, Florida for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Hopatcong, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $50.00. Mr. Diaz was also charged with Certain Persons not to Possess Weapons [2C:39-7A] for having in his possession a sword. Mr. Diaz was issued his complaint warrant along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/04/2022 at 2:03 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Valley Court on a report of an individual climbing through a window of a residence and unlawfully entering the apartment. During the investigation, the police arrested a 40 year old male, Jorge Montoya-Delacruz of Passaic, NJ for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. Mr. Diaz was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/04/2022 at 10:50 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23 year old male, Diandre Lesuer of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Lesuer was issued 1 motor vehicle summons. Officer’s from the Jersey City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Lesuer for transport back to their authority.

On 09/04/2022 at 9:14 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Sunoco Gas Station located at 249 Route 3 East on a report of a dispute with one of the individuals possibly possessing a handgun, which was deemed unfounded. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35 year old male, Rayvon Williamson of Paterson, NJ for 5 outstanding warrants issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $3,750.00. Mr. Williamson was also charged with Certain Persons not to Possess Weapons [2C:39-7A] for having in his possession a knife, Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to law enforcement and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D]. Mr. Williamson was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
