On 03/20/2023 at 12:56 PM, in relation to a burglary into a motor vehicle that occurred on 03/10 at the parking lot of LA Fitness located at 485 Harmon Meadow Boulevard, the Secaucus Police arrested a 42-year-old female, Isabel Santos of Jersey City, NJ for 2 counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H], 2 counts of Theft by Deception [2C:20-4A], 2 counts of Conspiracy to commit Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:5-2A(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Burglary [2C:5-2A(2)]. Ms. Santos was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Ms. Santos was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/22/2023 at 2:55 AM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious individual in the area of 1520 Paterson Plank Road. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28 year old male, Ariz Wirth of Hammonton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Atlantic City did release Mr. Wirth on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.

On 03/23/2023 at 3:12 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a shoplifting incident that occurred on 03/03/2023 at Kohls located at 3 Millcreek Drive, the police arrested a 47-year-old male, Frank Rodrigues of Kearny, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. The police arrested Mr. Rodrigues at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Rodrigues was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/23/2023 at 3:14 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hudson County Superior Court located in Jersey City, NJ to take into custody a 40-year-old male, Tajron Edward of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Edward was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/24/2023 at 4:48 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old male, Eduardo Binet of Bloomfield, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Union County Sherriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Binet was additionally issued 2 motor vehicle summonses. Officers from the Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take into custody Mr. Binet for transport back to their agency.
